Don't want a certain person to fill out a form? Using this script, those people will be rejected after they put their name in.

The form has been set to reject the following e-mail addresses:
test1@email.com
test2@email.com
test3@email.com
test4@email.com
test5@email.com
This form is not valid and will not submit. It is just for example purposes.

Simply click inside the window below, use your cursor to highlight the script, and copy (type Control-c or Apple-c) the script into a new file in your text editor (such as Note Pad or Simple Text) and save (Control-s or Command-s). The script is yours!!!
