the code is okay..works on my website but the problem is it counts every hit i made on each menu/page on my website.

Not sure of the problem. It worked for me in IE and FF. Due to the limitations of these comments, if you continue to have problems you will need to submit your question to the [a href="http://www.webdeveloper.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=3"]JavaScript Forum[/a] for further help.

it's a nice code, but when i tested it, it started whit 42[br /]and when i reloaded my page, it became 44, 46, 48, ...
